Wow! My experience with my first virtual visit with Dr Ahmed absolutely exceeded all expectations! It took a lot of courage for me to reach out for help for my dark and scary mental space, because of my fear of being judged as weak. From the first time I called to make an appointment and Kristine answered it just set the tone for what was to come. She was so responsive and welcoming that it really calmed my fears. And Bailey, who went out of her way to help me with getting online to complete the paperwork, as well as being so quick to return my phone call AFTER HOURS ! Dr Ahmed was genuinely engaged in our conversation and for the first time in a long time, I felt so hopeful that I could just maybe find myself again! When our virtual visit was over, it felt like freedom to be so transparent about my tough mental struggles, which literally felt like the weight of the world was off my shoulders, if that makes sense. and having the world being lifted off my shoulders! It goes without saying that his bedside manner is incredibly rare and exceptional! I only wish I had found Dr Ahmed’s practice much sooner! I finally found my forever doctor with Dr Ahmed!
